Cooking Instructions for Boneless Shell:

  1. Let meat stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. Salt and pepper all sides of steak. In skillet, or pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.

  3. Add steaks to hot pan and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and herbs of choice to pan.

  5. Tilt pan and cook 1-1/2 minutes while continuously basting. Take steak off pan and cover loosely with foil for 10 minutes.

  6. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.

  7. Pour butter/herb mixture over steak slices.
