Cooking Instructions for Boneless Rib Eye: 

  1. Let meat stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  3. Rub oil on skillet and heat for 5 minutes.

  4. Lightly oil steak and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Place steak in hot ovenproof skillet.

  6. Cook for 30 seconds.

  7. Turn with tongs for another 30 seconds.

  8. Then put whole pan in hot oven for 2-3 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and cover for 4 minutes with foil.
