Cooking Instructions for Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Allow meat to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  3. Salt and Pepper each side of filet.

  4. Saute in oil for 4 minutes. Do not move the steak.

  5. Flip meat and put whole pan in the oven.

  6. Cook for 5-8 minutes, depending on preference.

  7. Remove from oven and let stand in foil for 5 minutes.
