Prime USDA Choice Steak.
6 oz. and 10 oz. Cuts Available.
Cooking Instructions for 6-8oz. Filet Mignon:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Allow meat to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Salt and Pepper each side of filet.
Saute in oil for 4 minutes. Do not move the steak.
Flip meat and put whole pan in the oven.
Cook for 5-8 minutes, depending on preference.
Remove from oven and let stand in foil for 5 minutes.
